Cause & Effect Factory
Product Description:
Cause & Effect Factory is a Windows-based program developed specifically for students with special needs that consists of 12 "fun" segments with a factory and assembly line theme. It is an age appropriate cause & effect program but can also be used with younger children for its sound and graphics.
Main Features:
- Skills introduced: Cause & Effect, Visual Tracking, Sequencing of Tasks.
- Minimum Cognitive Age Level: 9 Months.
- Pressing the switch will cause another part of the assembly line process to continue.
- Animation and sounds hold the user's attention and prior understanding of the segment is not required.
- Segments in this program include: Peanut butter factory, Ketchup, and mustard factory, Sorting soda cans, Lollipop factory, Forklift operator, Soft pretzel factory, Loading dock operator, Corn cannery, Xylophone builder, Street sign factory, Bridge attendant, and Jellybean factory.
- In the "Peanut Butter Factory" activity, pressing the switch will first fill up the empty peanut butter jar with peanut butter.
- Pressing the switch a second time will put the label on. Pressing the switch the third time will put the cap on. Pressing the switch the 4th time will put the assembled peanut butter jar on the shelf.
