Product Description: 

Dys-Mots is software for children with Dys disorders (dyslexia, visuospatial dyspraxia, dysorthography) to work in a fun environment. A virtual keyboard allows the user to compose texts or perform exercises (French, mathematics) on a magnetic grid. The composed text is read by text-to-speech voice as the child enters it.

Main Features: 

  • French module.
  • Math module.
  • Visual and sound animations validate the results.
  • A "Puzzle" module: Any image of type bmp, gif, jpeg or tif can be used.
  • The software has an upper / lower case alpha-numeric keyboard, (+ special characters, punctuation ...) and a numeric keyboard.
  • The size and color of the keyboard characters can be modified. 
  • Magnetic grid facilitating the placement of letters:
    • An "automatic" mode allows letters to be placed directly on the grid by a simple click on a letter on the keyboard. 
    • The letters placed on the grid can be moved independently or by group/words.
  • The text-to-speech voice can read a word, a sentence or an instruction.
  • The software has a free text composition mode and an exercise creation mode.
  • A number of exercises are available (multiplication and addition tables, word list, a verb list, etc.).
