Product Description:
EmuClic transforms the action of a switch or the sound captured by a microphone, into one or more keystrokes or mouse clicks. The program is useful for individuals with significant motor impairments, as a slight "sound" or a push on a button that can execute the same action as the pressing of a computer key or mouse.
Main Features:
- If the user can make a voluntary movement and has one or two pushbuttons connected to the computer through a serial interface, the program can be configured so that each time one of them is activated a certain action is executed.
- With each pushbutton, users can select that the action to be executed is a mouse click, a special key (Enter, Tab, etc.) and even a sequence of letters (by choosing the "Letter ..." option and typing in the Text box on the right).
- The COM port on which the pushbutton is connected is a number between 1 and 4 depending on the input of the computer to which the pushbutton is connected.
- If the user can make a sound or blow and have a microphone, the program can be configured so that each time the microphone detects a certain level of "noise" it performs a certain action.
- The action to emulate by the sound can be selected to be a mouse click, a special key (Enter, Tab, etc.) and even a sequence of letters (by choosing the "Letter ..." option and typing in the text box on the right).
- Different users can use the same computer and configure the program to respond in different ways.
