EyeAssist is a modular solution that transforms a commercial computer into an alternative augmented communication system through multiple interaction ways (ranging from eye tracking to head movement, from standard mouse to the simple touch) and a fully customizable set of applications (ranging from text composing to media browser, from home automation to web browsing).
Main Features:
- EyeAssist is able to detect the point observed on the monitor by the user and therefore allows interaction with the computer-based on the ocular movement only.
- Quick and timed selection. Interact with the computer through eye-tracking, but also in a more traditional way via mouse or touch. The selection takes place either in direct mode or in a timed mode.
- Internet. Stay up to date with news coming from all over the world through the internet: newspapers, weeklies, associations, workgroups.
- Skype and e-Mail.
- Predictive keyboard. Compose text and read it aloud, in Italian and in natural language.
- Documents. EyeAssist reads all the books and documents pdf format.
- Media Player. Movies in full screen, but also movies recorded by the phone.
- Images. Photos.
