Product Description: 

Helpieye Kids is an ocular pointing device and tablet with high-quality vocal synthesis with a boy and girl voice that are developed and produced in collaboration with Acapela. This eye control system for using a computer is designed for the developmental age. In case of particular ocular problems (ptosis, nystagmus, miosis / mydriasis and strabismus) Helpieye Kids is equipped with the Eyegaze monocular system with filters dedicated to the aforementioned problems.

Main Features: 

  • The TM5 mini which, in addition to having a good tolerance of the movements of the head (31.5 x 22.5 x 35 cm), allows portable use anywhere.
  • The standard compact (12.3-inch monitor) and light configuration with a very high-resolution monitor to minimize eye fatigue are included but can be supplied with 13.3, 15 and 19-inch tablets.
  • The environmental control module that manages radio and infrared devices are also included and can be used immediately with the Helpibear mp3 player/light point (which is also included).
  • The software equipment, designed specifically for the developmental age, includes modules that work on rehabilitation, games, teaching, and AAC with the specialized software:
    • Grid 3: presents four new progressive activities for symbolic communication (Widgit library available), supported by a new algorithm of "intelligent grammar" which provides for the conjugation of verbs in Italian (the software includes more than 6000 verbs).
    • GECO VoiceCom, the Anastasis software that facilitates learning by reducing the cognitive load during the study.
    • Look to Learn, program full of activities and games useful for training the use of eye pointing.
    • The Inclusive “Eye Gaze Learning curve” series includes 54 recreational activities for training in the use of eye-tracking, the software also learns and analyzes the users' learning abilities by giving timely feedback on the progress of the training.
    • Speak with Me: customized grids for communication designed specifically for the Italian language with intelligent grammar module.
