Product Description: 

ICOMemo is software for managing Contacts, action logging, and virtual post-its. It is a Web software particularly suited to small organizations and for users who prefer to not use paper memos or who need more structure with task management.

Main Features: 

  • Each member of staff will be able to consult their list and carry out the action which falls to them. 
  • The post-it can have 3 states: untreated (red), being processed (yellow) and processed (green).
  • ICOMemo also allows the result of a query to be exported in CSV format, usable by a spreadsheet ( Excel, Calc ... ).

Primary Specifications: 

  • It is written in PHP and based on a MySQL database, therefore, runs in a web browser ( Mozilla, Chrome, etc). A Web server must host the software and the database. 
  • This server can be local (on-premises) or on the server of the host of the site to be able to access it from the Internet.
