Product Description: 

ntouch is a video telephony program designed for use by people who are deaf or hard of hearing and use sign language to communicate. It is designed to be used with the Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS) and allows the user to place and receive video relay calls via SVRS to people who have a regular telephone.

ntouch for Mobile

A mobile app that works on iOS, Android, and Amazon mobile devices and/or tablets. 

ntouch for Desktop

A desktop application that is compatible with both Windows and Mac computers.

ntouch VP 

Designed for use on traditional videophones.

ntouch VP2 

Sorenson's flagship video phone, which is WiFi-enabled and features an HD autofocus camera.

Main Features: 

These features are common to all versions: 

• Extensive outreach, technical support, and education programs, so users can communicate with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
• Calls are routed through an interpreting center where an interpreter is fluent in ASL and spoken English or Spanish. 
• Callers use their native language; communication is smooth and seamless.
• The Group Call feature enables the caller to talk to up to four other SVRS customers at once.
• Call Transfer enables the transfer of a call from one ntouch device to another.
• Sorenson myPhone allows the choice of having one phone number for all the user's ntouch devices and syncs all the devices’ Contacts, Favorites, Call History, and SignMail records.
• Personal SignMail Greeting sets up the user's own unique SignMail greeting video.
• When on a call, the current call can be put on hold to make a new call; switching between the two calls can be done.
• Able to block calls.
• Contact Photos can create the user's own SVRS profile photo to show in the Contacts List.
• The Share feature uses real-time text to send information to the caller or the interpreter. Either an external keyboard or an on-screen keyboard can be used.
• This is a 24/7 service.

The ntouch VP2 includes these additional features:

• Videophones designed specifically for the Deaf.  
• Video calls with up to 1080p resolution. 
• LightRing is three times brighter and offers eight customizable color choices to better see and identify incoming calls. 
• Supports Wi-Fi connections to the Internet router, making the placement of the videophone more flexible.
• Supports Bluetooth Devices like the use of a wireless Bluetooth keyboard. This feature makes it easier to share text while in a call. 
• The HDMI Pass-Through feature connects cable TV/satellite boxes, DVD/BD players or streaming devices to a TV display by using the one HDMI-In port connected to the videophone. The ntouch VP2 remote control can then be used to easily switch between the ntouch VP2’s image and the image coming from the externally connected device. 
• The buttons on the top of the ntouch VP2 Main Unit are used to quickly make a call from the user's "Favorites".   
• Voice Carry Over (VCO) calling feature gives the option to make either 1-Line or 2-Line VCO calls. ntouch VP2 has two built-in microphones to provide improved audio quality for 1-Line VCO calls.

The ntouch for Mobile includes this additional feature:

• myRumble allows quick identification of who is calling by allowing the user to assign specific vibration patterns to different contacts when receiving calls on the mobile phone.

• An ntouch account is needed in addition to the software.
• High-speed internet.

ntouch for Desktop- PC has these additional specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 7 (either the 32 or 64-bit version with Service Pack 2 or higher); Windows 10 Recommended.Windows 8.0. and Windows 10 in S mode are not supported.
• Hardware Requirements for Sorenson HD video:
  • Minimum connection speeds: 1 Mbps Send and Receive.
  • Intel Core i5 series (or AMD equivalent) or faster processor.
  • 4 GB of RAM or higher.
  • A supported external webcam.

ntouch for Desktop- MAC has these additional specifications:

• Operating System: OS X Yosemite (10.10) or higher; MacOS Mojave (10.14) Recommended.
• Hardware Requirements for Sorenson HD video:
  • Minimum connection speeds: 512 Kbps Send and Receive.
  • Intel Core i3 series or faster processor.
  • 4 GB of RAM or higher.

ntouch VP2 has these additional specifications:

• 720p or higher TV with at least one available HDMI port.

ntouch for Mobile- iOS has these additional specifications:

• Suggested minimum operating system is iOS 11.
• Suggested minimum device is an iPhone 5; iPhone X Recommended.

ntouch for Mobile- Android has these additional specifications:

• Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. Chromebook or Chrome OS and phones or tablets with rotating cameras are not currently supported.
• All Amazon Fire tablets with front-facing camera should work, but one of the latest model tablets (i.e, the 2015/2016 versions) are recommended.
