VoiceMeeting is a subtitling system that transcribes voice to text.

Main Features: 

  • Image library allows you to store a series of still images or movies and to recall them on the monitor with a voice command or by pressing a button.
  • The highlighter has the function of the marker that circles or highlighter which highlights in yellow. The sheet is the image that appears on the monitor, the marker and the marker are functions activated with the mouse.
  • The image from the image library, integrated with any highlights and notes, can be printed.
  • The "text" function: all the sentences pronounced by the operator and highlighted on the monitor at the foot of the images are collected in an archive. The recording of the voice that generated it is linked to the written text; at the end of the conversation the user can easily revise the text.
  • The "save" function: is active only in version 5.1 and requires the use of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional. It allows to save automatically or on request both the text of the subtitles and the voice that generated them. 
  • A series of options are available that allow easy adaptation of the workstation to the needs of users:
    • Choice of background color and text.
    • Choice of type and font size.
    • Minimum permanence of the text dictated on the screen according to the length of the sentence pronounced.
    • Choice of operator and upload of his voice profile.
    • Choice of language: version 5 allows natively to train the voice profile of each user both in Italian and in English. Other languages ​​can be added: French, German and Spanish.
    • Training of the system to the terminology used by the operator with the possibility of hooking vocabularies prepared previously for each single subject (only with the use of Dragon Naturally Speaking 5 Professional).
