Japplis Speech is an online text-to-speech application designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision or speech disabilities.

Japplis Speech

This voice output program speaks the text as the user types. It can also read line-by-line, and there is a "Say It" button that prompts the Web-based program to speak selected text or all text if none is selected. This model features the fastest loading time, but a lower voice quality than the Japplis Speech +. 

Japplis Speech + 

This model features a higher voice quality as a trade-off for slower loading times.
