JCS Invoice Manager Software is suitable for creating accessible documents. It enables blind or visually impaired people to create their invoices and receipts. The documents created can be saved as PDFs and printed or sent by email.

  • The forms for the screen reader that are to be filled out to create the invoice are completely labeled and simply structured.
  • The user has a wide choice between different formats, invoices, cash receipt receipts, and card payment receipts.
  • Choice of different formats: invoice, receipt via a cash payment, receipt via card payment.
  • Separate invoice and service date possible.
  • The address of the customer on the printout is placed exactly to fit in the letter window - Precise folding of the printed invoices is not necessary.
  • Flexible setting options for sales tax / value-added tax: Prices can be entered either gross or net. The sales tax is added to or deducted from the total amount of the issued invoice, depending on what options are set.
  • Companies exempt from VAT are also supported.
  • A field for the route can be activated or deactivated - with an option to set the mileage price.
