Clicking
"Clicking" on an information device commonly means briefly pressing and releasing some kind of switch, often one associated with the mouse. This process can be changed in a number of ways.
- Alternative switches that better meet the needs of the user can be provided.
- There must be a way for these switches to connect to the device. These "ways" are referred to as switch interfaces.
- Various methods can be employed to assist the user in clicking, including ways that do not require pressing a switch at all!
